Preservation of ecosystems
We believe our presence carries a cost, and we hold ourselves to the discipline of reducing it. The lagoons, coral reefs and motu around our properties are living systems under real pressure from climate change and human activity. We favor indigenous species, manage water with discipline, and protect sensitive zones from our own operations. Ecosystem preservation is not an initiative. It is a standard we hold ourselves to.

Since it began, Pearl Resorts has drawn its identity from the cultures and traditions of French Polynesia. Languages, craftsmanship, stories, music, dance, island history: these aren't a backdrop, they're heritage, worth preserving and passing on. Each property reflects the character of its own island, welcoming artisans and artists into its architecture, its activities, its everyday rhythm. Done well, tourism doesn't take from culture.
